IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ CAREFULLY AND MAKE SURE YOU UNDERSTAND THIS EULA BEFORE ACCEPTING ITS TERMS. THIS LICENSE WILL ONLY BE GRANTED TO QUALIFYING NON-PROFIT ENVIRONMENTAL ORGANIZATIONS UPON ACCEPTANCE OF THE ENTIRE PROVISIONS OF THIS EULA AND ITS TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

1. Purpose and Eligibility

By downloading, installing, and/or embedding the font software (“Font”), you (“Licensee”) agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions of this End User Licensing Agreement (“EULA”).
For purposes of this EULA, Licensee shall mean any qualifying non-profit organization working actively towards environmental protection and climate change mitigation. Eligible organizations include:

• Registered Non-Profit Organizations
• Environmental Foundations
• Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs)
• Environmental Cooperatives
• Other mission-driven environmental organizations (subject to approval)

To qualify for this license, organizations must:
a) Have a primary mission related to environmental protection, climate change mitigation, or sustainable development
b) Be registered as a non-profit entity in their jurisdiction
c) Provide documentation of their non-profit status and environmental mission upon request
d) Each case will be reviewed individually to determine the legitimacy of the organization and its eligibility for this NPO license.

2. Scope of the License
2.1 Rights Granted

This worldwide, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license allows the Licensee to use the Font for their environmental and charitable activities as follows:

Installation on devices: The Font may be installed on up to 20 devices within the organization, including desktop computers, laptops, and other electronic devices.
Use in communications: The Font may be used in communications, campaigns, and materials related to environmental or charitable causes.
Embedding in digital materials: The Font may be embedded in digital materials such as the organization’s website, mobile apps, and other digital content related to the cause, subject to the following conditions:
– The maximum number of monthly page views on the website must not exceed 1 million page views per month. If this limit is exceeded, the organization must contact the type foundry to obtain an appropriate license.
Mobile applications: The Font may be used in one mobile application distributed on the Play Store and App Store. Any use beyond this scope requires an additional license.
Use in presentations and reports: The Font may be used in presentations, reports, and educational materials aimed at promoting environmental or charitable initiatives.
Fundraising materials: The Font may be used in fundraising materials, campaign assets, and other materials related to nonprofit fundraising activities, including but not limited to brochures, posters, and advertisements.
Online design platforms: The license permits the use of the Font on online design platforms such as Canva and Genially, but only for one individual user.
Commercial use limitation: This license does not cover direct commercial use of the Font (e.g., for paid products or services) beyond the specified activities. Any other use requiring a commercial license must be negotiated separately.

2.3 Provision to Volunteers and Contractors

The Licensee may temporarily provide the Font to volunteers or contractors who are working directly on environmental projects for the organization. These individuals must:
a) Agree in writing to use the Font exclusively for the organization’s environmental work
b) Delete all copies of the Font upon completion of their work

3. Term and Termination

This license is granted for as long as the organization maintains its non-profit status and continues its environmental mission. The license may be terminated if:

The organization ceases to operate as a non-profit
The organization’s mission no longer primarily focuses on environmental causes
The organization violates any terms of this EULA
– The Licensor reserves the right to revoke the license at any time without prior notice if the organization fails to comply with these terms. Organizations losing the license may purchase a standard commercial license directly from the foundry.

4. Financial Conditions

This license is provided free of charge to qualifying environmental non-profit organizations. However, the licensor reserves the right to:

Request proof of non-profit status and environmental mission at any time
– Note that this license is not retroactive, and previous font purchases made through our partners are not eligible for refunds.

5. Additional Terms

All other terms regarding copyright, warranties, limitations of liability, and governing law remain as specified in the original EULA, adapted to the context of this non-profit environmental organization license.

6. Application Process

To apply for this license, organizations must submit:

Proof of non-profit registration
Mission statement and description of environmental activities
Brief description of intended use of the Font
Contact information for the organization’s representative

7. Support for Environmental Causes

By accepting this license, the organization agrees to:

Use the Font primarily for environmental communication and advocacy
Acknowledge the Font’s use in their materials when practical
Share impact stories of their environmental work upon request (optional)

This EULA is designed to support organizations working towards environmental protection and climate change mitigation while ensuring appropriate use of the Font.
